Sour Cream Chicken Broccoli Casserole
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 ¼ cans water
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 full skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
1-2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs for topping (Stove Top for more flavor)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, water and sour cream. Mix together. Pour mixture into a 9 x13 baking dish. Add the chicken and broccoli and cover top completely with swiss cheese and then the breadcrumbs. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
